We get questions… yes we do
We sell our ware in a variety of places. Of course our website, but also on ebay, and Amazon. Now, I don’t mean to pick on a set of people but we seem to get the most questions about our products from buyers on ebay. Why is that? People come onto our website all day long, they buy, they pay, we ship. Sure, we get questions, often people call us and need help with a configuration of something or other, they don’t understand a cart size, need help picking a hand truck, what color is this available in, we’re happy to help. But I’m talking about these type of questions … These are real, complete, questions that customers have sent us.
What color is this hat? (let’ see…. the title says white, so does the description, and the picture shows white, maybe it’s Purple)
How big is this bin? (the size is in the title and in the description, but let’s pretend it’s not)
Will this fit my head? (I give up, will it?)
I am 6′ tall, what size jacket (welding) do I need? (we’ll be right there to take your measurements)
How many knives will I get (title, and description, reads one dozen, but maybe for you we’ll make it 11)
How many boxes can I close with this roll of tape (only one, but no one will EVER get it opened…hehe)
Would these (earmuffs) fit my kid? (the magic eight ball says “maybe”, so there ya go!)
I have a yellow hard hat will this (hard hat liner) match it? (I have got to work on that mental telepathy thing)
This is one of my favorites, it was a White Hard hat, which was stated in the title and description - and yes he received white.
The color of your helmet does not match the picture you put on my computer screen. How do you plan to fix it? (we’re going to buy you a new monitor, really we are, we’ll get right on it, soon)

BTW… We really did answer these people in a nice way, we wanted to give smarty pants answers, but we didn’t (we were afraid they wouldn’t understand! hehe)
